About the Opportunity

They are looking for a Tier 2 Support Agent to join their company in Melbourne CBD, VIC with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary Based on Experience + Superannuation. 

Primarily working with SQL & PowerShell the Technical (Tier 2) Support Agent role will work in a small team to continuously meet & exceed customer expectations through the ability to effectively communicate complex/technical solutions to non-technical users, whilst steadily working through assigned tickets to ensure SLA’s are adhered to.

About You 

  • A minimum of 3 years working experience with SQL and Powershell
  • Personable & patient approach when dealing with internal & external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills, with the ability to think on one’s feet
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Skype, Gmail with some experience using CRM technologies
  • Experience in revenue management operations and/or finance/accounting applications
    (preferable)
